We brought in Top Home Builders to do a significant roof framing repair that required a structural engineer. THB provided all the services required from initial assessment, detailed planning, permits, implementation and inspections. We could not be happier with the results. Throughout the process the crew was respectful, receptive of our needs, kept the site clean and worked quickly and accurately. Would hire them again. I chose Top Home Builders for my kitchen remodel and I’m so happy I did. They handled everything from the kitchen design to obtaining all the permits, the demolition, electrical, plumbing, helping me decide on cabinets and countertops and all the finishing touches to building me the kitchen of my dreams. It was extremely easy to communicate with everyone on the team and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Every person involved in my project was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly and invested in doing a great job. They truly did top quality work. There were no surprise costs and didn’t go over budget. Top Home Builders Team did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. The 3D renders generated before demolition began helped us to communicate exactly what we wanted to the team even before any construction began, and helped us to select cabinets, tiles, granite, ect… We also loved having one company take care of everything (demolition, flooring, cabinets, electrical, plumbing, counter tops, paint, stairway, permits, everything…). Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, did beautiful work, and cleaned up each day. I especially liked that if any issue came up that I wanted changed, adjusted, or added, they were always willing to work with me until I was satisfied, and completed my remodel on schedule.
